SALE SCHEDULE: Auction day and time, Saturday, October 24th at 11:00 a.m.
Approximate Times: Land 11 a.m., Cattle & Horses 12 p.m., Equipment 2:30 p.m., Furniture 3:30 p.m.
LOCATION: Jonesboro (Hamilton County), Texas
SALE SITE: On the property, under the auction tent.
DIRECTIONS: From Waco, TX take Hwy. 6 north toward Clifton and Meridian, in Clifton turn west on Hwy. 219, go 15 miles, go 15 miles, turn left on CR 4120/CR 312 (at Duncan Ranch Sign), go 5.5 miles to the ranch.
INSPECTION: Beginning Saturday, October 10th, until auction day, open house daily, auction personnel will be at the ranch daily from 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., for a private showing and no waiting please call for an appointment.
TERMS FOR REAL ESTATE: See complete terms in "Terms and Conditions" document.
Parcel 1 through 4 sell subject to the Seller's confirmation. Parcel 5 sells ABSOLUTE.
SURVEY: Will be completed by auction day-acreage will be adjusted up or down.
